spinach and feta pie 😋😋

hii this is one of my fav foods ever and it’s so easy to make. you can customise these measurements to your taste, i never even follow the recipe’s measurements lol

you will need:

a bag of spinach

a packet of feta

1 or 2 onions

some cottage cheese

a big spoon of cream cheese

2 eggs

enough puff pastry to cover the dish you will be using

 

method:

fry the spinach until it wilts

cut up the onions into little pieces and then fry that too until it goes glassy

mix your feta, cottage cheese and cream cheese together

beat your eggs together and then add most of it to the mixture

mix in your onions and spinach

pour your mixture into the dish and cover it with puff pastry

poke holes in the top with a fork or a knife

cover in the rest of the egg

bake in the oven until it is golden
